From concept to completion, this project was a complete rebuild designed to create a bright, spacious, and welcoming open-plan living area. The large floor-to-ceiling window feature wall floods the space with natural light, enhancing the warm tones of the natural wood finishes and the subtle, light-coloured cabinetry.
The kitchen island forms the heart of the room, being a practical and social hub that seamlessly connects the cooking, dining, and living spaces. Our team at Mode German Kitchens worked closely with the homeowners to achieve a perfect balance of style and functionality, bringing together a modern kitchen design that feels both elegant and inviting.

We had quite a long list of priorities but it was important to have a clear idea of what we wanted. We are quite a busy family and wanted the kitchen to accommodate our lifestyle.
This was our first opportunity to design a kitchen from scratch! Having embarked on a major building project, the kitchen was part of a whole house renovation and extension.
I love cooking so storage was essential but I didn’t want a full wall of cupboards, as suggested by other companies! I preferred something a little more minimal.
